1. Agreement to Terms & Operating Entity
RenderForge 3D ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), legally operated by Clothing Anrry LLC (official platform: renderforge.store), provides AI-powered 3D architectural rendering, interior design synthesis, and cinematic flythrough generation. By creating an account, browsing our website, or purchasing digital render credit packs on renderforge.store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services & Digital Product Deliverables
RenderForge 3D is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud computation platform delivering concrete digital assets:
- Render Credits: Digital compute units consumed to process and generate high-resolution architectural images (2K, 4K, 8K) and flythrough MP4 video clips.
- Instant Digital Fulfillment: Render credits and plan quotas are provisioned in real-time immediately upon payment confirmation. No physical shipping is required.
- Commercial Licensing: Active subscribers (Starter, Pro, Studio) receive a full perpetual, royalty-free commercial license to export, publish, display, and commercialize all synthesized architectural imagery for client presentations, marketing campaigns, and architectural submissions.
3. Merchant of Record (MoR) & Billing Disclosure
Merchant of Record Terms:
Our order process and recurring billing are conducted by our authorized online reseller and Merchant of Record (MoR). The Merchant of Record is the merchant of record for all our orders, collecting applicable VAT/sales taxes, issuing fiscal receipts, and managing transaction security in full compliance with global payment network rules (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
All sensitive payment credentials are transmitted via 256-bit TLS encryption directly to PCI-DSS Level 1 certified vaults. RenderForge 3D does not store raw credit card numbers on its servers.
4. Pricing, Subscriptions & Cancellation Policy
All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). We offer both one-time credit bundles and recurring monthly subscription tiers:
- Student Pack: $9.00 USD (One-time purchase, 50 Render Credits).
- Starter Tier: $19.00 USD / month (100 Render Credits/month, standard queue).
- Pro Architecture Tier: $39.00 USD / month (300 Render Credits/month, priority 4K GPU queue, commercial rights).
- Studio Enterprise Tier: $99.00 USD / month (1,000 Render Credits/month, ultra-fast 8K rendering, team seats).
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time without fees or penalties directly through your User Dashboard or by contacting us at renderforge.store@gmail.com. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your prepaid billing period.
5. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to generate, transmit, or promote:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or non-consensual imagery.
- Defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
- Content that infringes on third-party trademarks, proprietary architectural blueprints without license, or intellectual property.
- Automated attacks, reverse engineering, or disruption of our cloud GPU rendering infrastructure.
6. Intellectual Property & Customer Ownership
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of any CAD models, BIM files, floorplans, or design prompts you submit. RenderForge 3D does not claim ownership over your architectural works.
